By using our website www.glamxaustralia.com and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or make any purchases.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Services
2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products.
2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD ($). We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and will notify you if there is a change.
3. Makeup Services
3.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.
3.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
3.3 Payment Terms: Full payment is due on or before the service date. We accept a 50% deposit on the Glamx Australia website, and full payment in person via cash or bank transfer.
3.4 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date will result in a loss of the deposit and may incur additional charges.
In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness), the Makeup Artist will refund the deposit or reschedule at no additional cost.
3.5 Liability of Products Used: The Makeup Artist uses professional-grade, high-quality products. However, the Makeup Artist is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products. It is informed prior to appointment if client is allergic or has sensitive skin towards any makeup products.
3.6 Liability of Loss or Damage: The Makeup Artist is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items during the appointment.
3.7 Photography and Use of Images: The Client grants permission for the Makeup Artist to take photos of the completed work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
3.8 Opt-Out: Clients who wish to opt out must inform the Makeup Artist in writing before the appointment.
3.9 Client Information: The Makeup Artist respects Client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information without consent.
4. Order and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may happen if:
- What you are purchasing is out of stock
- We are unable to take payment from you
- There is a technological failure that won't allow the order to process
- We have observed an incorrect price or description of the product.
4.2 Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order using the methods specified on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order size. These costs will be displayed at checkout.
5.2 Delivery Times: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or carrier issues.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy: We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt. We strictly do not accept used products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@glamxaustralia.com.
6.2 Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. We will not accept if the product has been used. Please contact us at info@glamxaustralia.com within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Glamx Australia. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.
8. User Conduct
8.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Site or its users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to, interfering with the Site’s functionality or transmitting harmful code.
8.2 User Content: By submitting any content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamx Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
10. Conduct
You agree to interact with our customer service team and other staff members in a respectful and non-aggressive manner. Any harmful or aggressive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of your account and/or legal action. You are responsible for any consequences arising from such behaviour.
11. Review Submission
By submitting a review or feedback on our products or services, you grant Glamx Australia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your review in any media or marketing materials.
11.1 Content Guidelines: Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience with our products. You agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, or misleading. Your review should not include any personal information or proprietary content.
